"LOVE going here for post-church breakfast on Sundays. Typical breakfast selections and they will customize your choices. (Bacon extra-crispy is good!!) The staff are always happy and smiling and really make you feel welcome. Owner is usually on-site and interacts w/patrons. Shout out to Ontorio(sp?) for always making it a great experience!"

"This is a classic breakfast spot. I've not been for other services, but love the breakfast! The food is very good and service is excellent. Definitely recommend and will be back!"

"Our first time here the other day, found it doing a search to find a place to get lunch after our doctors appointment in Pinehurst. This little Cafe was just right. My gosh, the staff were all very welcoming and attentive. We ordered a couple of sandwiches with fries. Three place seemed very busy, as it was the lunch hour, but not overwhelming. With the staff all paying attention to what's going on, their rhythm seemed to run very smoothly. Our food was good and tasty. I would recommend this place for anyone. It's a simple, clean, organized local stop. There's seating outside if you prefer also."

"In the Pinehurst area for a golf weekend and Google searched breakfast places and The Village Cafe came up, good ratings so four of us went to grab a late breakfast. Very nice place, clean, and nice people working there. I got the Traditional breakfast plate, two eggs, hash browns, toast and the meat choice was the Liver Pudding. Never had it, the nice waitress said it was a "rectangular mush". I was not sold until she said some people think it's like "Scrapple". Sold! I like Scrapple when I can find it, it was basically the same thing, the presentation of it was not the greatest on the plate. Otherwise it was good! Would go here again for sure."

"My first time back here in well over three years! This place has some great meals ready to be served at such a relatively low price too! I'm a sucker for French Dip Sandwiches, and I think it was even better than the one at McAlister's!"

"Service here was like watching a ballet. The two servers worked so well with each other. Made me smile the entire time. Tables were thoroughly sanitized between costumers. I had eggs benedict with home fries and hubby had county fried steak and eggs with hash browns. The benedict was served with thin sliced sandwich ham, so flavor was a little bland but good. Home fries were not hot. Hubby's meal was perfect. Eggs cooked as ordered. Hope to return again while in this quaint town."

"Southern good eats. Small cafe with a family and friends vibe. The fried chicken special had golden crispy chicken cooked to perfection. The collard greens were flavorable, recommend using the vinegar they offer."
